What is a credit?

Credits pay for the work. Processing an upload, generating images, video and voiceover, cutting clips and agent work all draw from one monthly balance. The numbers under each plan are estimates of what that balance covers.

Why are the amounts approximate?

Agent work such as chats, edits, summaries and library-wide scans is billed by effort. A quick change costs a little and a long edit costs more.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the pricing page in the app, and manage or cancel your subscription from billing settings.

What if I run out of credits?

Buy a credit top-up from the pricing page in the app. Top-ups are available on every plan.

Do I need Enterprise for MCP or the API?

No. Every plan includes the MCP server and the CLI, and you sign in with your StarZero account. The REST API is set up on request. Workflows are approved team by team, after a talk with us. Enterprise also adds audit logs, higher limits and a dedicated account manager.
